You agree NOT to use the Service to: violate any law; upload illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer; abuse rate limits; or upload another person’s personal data without their consent.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Elevatools name, design, and platform are our property.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. You may delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of fees you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
