Free tier

Elevatools is currently free to use. No payments, no refunds.

Premium (coming soon)

When premium subscriptions launch, the following will apply:

Monthly plan: cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period; access continues until period end.

Annual plan: pro-rated refund within the first 14 days for any reason.

Outage credits: if our Status page shows >0.5% downtime in a calendar month, we issue 10% credit automatically.

How to request

Email billing@elevatools with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
